Gene Technology (Licence Charges) Act 2000.

This Act imposes an annual charge on licences issued under the Gene Technology Act 2000. The amount of the charge shall be prescribed by Regulations. The Act also grants regulation-making powers to prescribe matters: (a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or (b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
