These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Entry-exit Animal and Plant Quarantine, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Frontier Hygiene Quarantine, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Food Hygiene and other relevant laws and regulations in order to strengthen the administration of inspection and quarantine on entry-exit express deliveries.
