The present Regulation enacts the Food Safety and Quality Act, 2001. The first Part deals with things seized or detained under ss. 23, 24, 25, 28 or 36 of the Act and apply in respect of any food, agricultural or aquatic commodity and agricultural input. The second Part is dedicated to other matters, such as, for example, effective service, manner of service, deadlines, etc. The text consists of 11 sections divided into 2 Parts.
