The present Regulation enacts the Farm Machinery Loans Act. The Regulation lays down general provisions relating to the loan for farm machinery. The text – consisting of 16 sections – deals with the following aspects: farm machinery loans, loan terms, designated period, rate of interest, additional security, procedure on default, procedure for claims, reports to the Minister, registry and general provisions.
