The Law lays down technical and administrative rules on the protection of designations of origin and geographical indications of agricultural products intended for human consumption referred to in Annex I to the Law and of the foodstuffs referred to in Annex II to this Law and agricultural products listed in Annex III to this Law. It provides for the registration and protection of appellation of origin and geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuf
