The present Agreement in form of exchange of letters between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Mali establishes that the German Development Bank shall grant a financial contribution to the following projects: a) Support of the national programme for sustainable small-scale irrigation agriculture; b) Support of the food security emergency measures (Harvest 2014).
