The present Agreement in the form of exchange of letters between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Peru establishes that the German Development Bank shall grant a financial contribution for the special project “Energy and Climate Fund” and in particular, for the “Programme Water Loss Reduction”. However, the eligibility of the project has to be determined and the project may be replaced by others by common agreement of the contracting parties
