The Regulations make provisions for potable water supply at the municipality level: prohibiting measures to any person regarding potable water; prohibition of water supply other than the drinking water of the municipality; request for water supply of immovable properties; water distribution pipes (instalment, protection, maintenance, etc.); inspection of water deposits; supply tariffs; water supplies other than domestic.
