This Act amends the Goa Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 1996 by inserting a new clause to section 7 dealing with the levy of cess on non-biodegradable packaging material which shall be used for the collection, safe disposal and recycling of non-biodegradable waste material.
