This Decree amends the Chemicals Decree by redefining its scope of application, by adding definitions of "intermediate" and "placing on the market" and in provisions concerning, among other things: testing and evaluation of properties, notification of a new substance, packaging and labelling, local supervision and supplying information on chemicals.
