This Government Decree amends the Decree on territorial surveillance in section 10 concerning procedural requirements for a permit application under § 17 subsection 1 of the Territorial Surveillance Act. Such application shall be directed to the Marine Staff and submitted no later than six days before the activities referred to in the application are planned to begin. The application is made on a form determined by the General Staff.
