This Decree amends the Government Decision on packaging and packaging waste in its application sphere and regarding data to be provided to the Finnish Environment Institute by packers for monitoring purposes in accordance with Commission Decision 97/138/EC of the European Parliament and Council Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste.
