This Decree amends the Government decree on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds caused by use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations. The amendments mainly concern activities falling within the scope of this decree and their emission limit values. They also concern notification of activities for entry in the environmental protection database and exceptions if compliant with the best available techniques.
