This Decree amends the Chemicals Decree: in section 19 on the information referred to in section 48a (1) and (2) of the Chemicals Act to be submitted to the National Product Control Agency for Welfare and Health for registration when the chemical is placed on the market or supplied for use and on use of such information; and in section 21 concerning the authorities that shall be responsible for maintaining the Chemical Register.
