This Government Ordinance is composed of six articles governing the management of radioactive waste. It aims at the protection of human health (in accordance with article 25 of the Atomic Act) and the protection of the environment. The Ordinance establishes provisions concerning the collection (art. 3), processing (art. 4) and storage (art. 5) of radioactive waste.
