This Decree determines the rules of activity and control of ecological (biological) farming and thus, it ensures a fair competition and the protection of consumers' health. It aims to the development of ecological production and thus, to the protection of the environment. The provisions of this Decree applies to the conditions and coordination of ecological production, to the packaging and labelling of such products, to all persons and organizations involved in the production, treatment and mark
