This Governmental Decree establishes the sphere of competence of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism specifying the following tasks of the Ministry: (a) implementation of state policy; (b) conservation, management and promotion of historical and cultural heritage; (b) public participation in recreational activities; (c) information in the sphere of tourism; and (d) creation of favourable conditions for investments in tourist sector.
