The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation establishes the list of plant protection products that are prohibited. It is prohibited to import, distribute or use in Latvia plant protection products containing the following active substances: a). mercury compounds; b). persistent chlorinated organic compounds; c). other toxic compounds (the complete list is annexed to the main document).
