The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. These special requirements and procedure establish the requirements for foodstuffs which are intended for persons with nutritional needs differing from normal nutritional needs and which are therefore prepared using special manufacturing process or which has different composition from foodstuffs for normal consumption.
