Governmental Order No. 108 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on registration of packaging enterprises.

This Governmental Order establishes that packaging enterprises the amount of utilization of packages of which exceeds 300 kilograms in a calendar year shall be registered at their legal address by the regional environmental protection bodies. Each registered packaging enterprise shall be issued registration certificate in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1 and packaging recycling certificate in accordance with the Annex 2.
