The Government decrees to accept the proposal of the Federal Fisheries Committee and to entrust it with the functions of the representation of the Russian Federation in the International Fisheries Institutions. The Ministry of Finance is entitled to set up special fund for payment of the fees to the International Fisheries Institutions cited in the Annex. The document comprehends 1 Annex that contains the list of the International Fisheries Institutions.
