This Governor’s Decree establishes that biosphere reserve Kondino Lakes shall be regional protected area performing environmental protection, recreational research and scientific research functions, consisting of four lakes with natural landscapes and ecosystems, and objects of historical and cultural heritage located therein. On the territory of biosphere reserve shall be prohibited all the activities causing reduction of aesthetic, ecological, historical, cultural and recreational value thereo
