Grain Research Fundation Act 1976.

This Act provides for the constitution of the Grain Research Foundation, it consists of 28 sections. The foundation is a body corporate and the Act regulates its membership and operation. Section 15 spells out the functions of the foundation and section 16 its powers. The foundation shall administer all the money it receives for the purpose of carrying out its functions.
