Grenada Banana Industry (Rehabilitation Trust) Act (Cap. 125B).

This Act empowers the Minister responsible for Agriculture to, on behalf of the Government of Grenada, execute the trust deed for the establishment of the Trust created to administer and manage and distribute Stabex Funds and similar funding provided by the European Commission and other sources. The trust deed shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Grenada.
