Guideline No.1 on modification of agricultural land categories and land resources categorization.

This Guideline lays down the procedures and requirements for changing the category of agricultural lands and resources. It consists of three parts: (I) Changes of the agricultural land category due to the land qualities degradation as a result of force majeure; (II) Changes in resources categorization; (III) Agricultural land analysis in case of no other available data.
