The present Guidelines lay down provisions relating to cutter and coastal fisheries. To ensure an efficient and sustainable fishery and to strengthen regional fisheries in general, the Land of Schleswig-Holstein grants subsidies to cutter fisheries and coastal fisheries. In particular, the Land promotes projects aimed at creating new living resources as well as at a more selective and species protective fisheries, and at the conservation of quality. The text consists of 9 articles.
