These Guidelines have been prepared to guide, monitor and regulate the operation of water tanker services in Dar es Salaam Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DAWASA) Designated Area. A water tanker is a vehicle registered for the purpose of transporting, distributing, supplying or selling clean and safe bulk water in the DAWASA Designated Area. The Guidelines shall govern the supply of clean and safe water by water tanker operators to customers in DAWASA Designated Area where there is limited
