The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to legally protected habitats. In particular, the Ordinance implements article 32 of the Brandenburg Nature Protection Law of 26 May 2004. Article 1 establishes that according to article 32 of the above-mentioned Brandenburg Nature Protection Law the legally protected habitats shall be described in detail in the present Ordinance. Moreover, their degree of protection shall be established. The text consists of 2 articles.
