The present Regulation enacts the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to hail insurance contracts concluded by farmers of Manitoba. The text – consisting of 13 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following issues: establishment of insurance programme, eligibility for insurance, contract, basic premium rates by risk area, premium rates for each crop, assessment of loss or damage.
