These Regulations implement the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993 and repeal all previously made under the Harbors Act 1936, the Boating Act 1974 and the Marine Act 1936. Issues covered include restrictions on the use of waters, in particular on activities on the River Murray; harbours management; crewing for commercial vessels and fishing vessels; certificates of competency; hiring of vessels; registration of vessels, loadline certificates and structural and equipment requirements. Other provisio
