These Rules, made under the Harbours Act, concern, among other things: navigation in harbours; anchoring; safety of vessels and storage and handling of hazardous substances; control by the Marine Board and harbour officers; and restrictions on the laying of fishing nets. The Rules apply in part to fishing vessels.
