This Act makes provision for the control on the use, sale, supply, possession, custody and drinking of harmful liquids specified in the Schedule to this Act or any liquid which, even though called by another name, is substantially similar to a liquid named in the Schedule.
An Act to prohibit the use, sale, supply, possession, custody and drinking of certain harmful liquids; and to provide for matters incidental to the foregoing.
