This Act amends the Hazardous Substance Act (B.E. 2535) by adding the definition of “Chemical Weapons Ban Convention” and by inserting new sections 15.1, 74.1 and 74.2 prescribing penalty provisions in consistence with the commitment under the Chemical Weapons Ban Convention.
