These Regulations make provision with respect to a wide variety of matters for which regulation-making powers were granted to the Administrator under the Health Act 1913. These matters include: sewerage, removal of garbage, protection of domestic water supplies, notifications regarding wells, the keeping of animals and domestic birds, prevention of spreading of animal diseases, and pollution control in general.
