This Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, consists of 24 articles and gives health rules and conditions for coffee shops divided in different kinds, namely: ordinary, local and mobile coffee shops. General provisions include: a necessary municipal license; location and details for interior decor; equipment, including a permanent source of filtered hot and cold water and wastewater drainage system. It also gives regulations for workers, such as health
