This Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, consists of 24 articles and gives health rules and conditions for supermarkets and foodstuff sale shops. It provides for: a necessary municipal license; location and details for interior decor. It also gives regulations for workers, such as health card, annual medical examination, suitable and clean clothes. It provides for a suitable storehouse separate from other areas and prohibits display of goods outside
