The present Law implements the Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the organization of waste disposal and waste management. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Waste disposal by public waste carrier (I); Organization of waste disposal (II); Competences (III); Final provisions (IV).
