These Regulations defines the conditions of eligibility of English farmers for hill farm allowance and giving the rates at which it is to be paid for purposes of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1257/1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF).
