This Act provides for the preservation of cultural and historic property of the Marshall Islands and for this purpose establishes: (a) within the Ministry of Internal Affairs a Historic Preservation Office; (b) the Republic of the Marshall Islands Advisory Council for Historic Preservation; and (c) the Historic Preservation Fund.
