These Regulations provide for licensing of fishing for horse mackerel in ICES areas VI,VII, XII and XIV and divisions IIa (Community waters), North Sea (Community waters) IVa, Vb (Community waters), VIIIa, b, d and e for boats of more than 19.81 metres (65 feet) in length.
