This Act amends the Hydro-Electric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (Establishment, Etc) Act, by among other things, expanding the membership of representations of the communities affected by the activities of hydro-electric power producers and replacing the percentage of revenue derived from the total revenue accruing to the companies or authorities operating in the host communities with revenue derived from concessioning of the hydro plants and royalties paid to the Federal Governm
