These Measures are enacted in order to prevent and control the exhaust pollution of motor vehicles currently in use and protect and improve the atmospheric environment. The Measures contain 46 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions; Exhaust Pollution Tests and Compulsory Maintenance; Supervision and Management; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
