Implementing Ordinance relating to the Inland Navigation Act.

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law of 23 February 2000 relating to the Inland Navigation Act (Navigation Law). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Exercise of navigation (II); Taxes and fees (III); Final provisions (IV).
