The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the federal rural soil legislation of 1 May 1994 and the Introductory Law relating to the federal rural soil legislation of 1 May 1994. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the competent offices in charge of the enactment of provisions relating to rural soil and agricultural lease. The text consists of 6 articles.
