The present Implementing Regulation implements article 20 of the Cantonal Agriculture Ordinance of 28 March 2000 according to which the Agricultural Credit Cooperative Graubünden is responsible for operating aids and investment credits. In particular, the Regulation lays down detailed provisions relating to the granting of financial aid to farmers in Graubünden. The text consists of 10 articles
