The present Provisions implement article 39 of the Law of 4 June 1989 on disaster relief. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 10 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Competences (I); Cantonal leadership organization (II); Civil protection (III); Final provisions (IV).
