This Order amends the Import and Export of Goods (Control)(Guernsey) Order, 1990 so as to remove marine anti-fouling paint from Schedule 1. That Schedule lists goods, which may not be imported from the UK without a licence. Controls on the importation of such paint are now contained in the Control of Poisonous Substances Regulations, 1995.
