The Regulations prohibit the importation of skins of specified pups of seals and products derived from them. Those skins and products are specified in Annex I to these Regulations. Regulation 6 defines offences, whereas regulation 7 prescribes penalties for committing such offences. The prohibition does not apply to products resulting from traditional hunting by Inuit people.
