The provisions of the present regulations are applied to hazelnuts to be exported -of the varieties of Corylus avellana L. and Corylus maxima Mill.- that are intended to be disposed for human consumption in fresh condition. Export is allowed provided that the final product to be placed onto the market fulfils the terms of the present text.
