The provisions of the present regulations are applied in Ocra ( the common greek name is Bamia) to be exported -of the varieties of Hibiscus esculentus L. plant species- that is intended to be disposed for human consumption in fresh condition. Ocra intended for industrial processing is excluded by the present regulations. Export is allowed provided that the final product to be placed onto the market fulfils the terms of the present text.
